Sarah Flack has worked with grass based dairy, beef, sheep and poultry farmers throughout North America. Her approach to each farm is customized, based on the landscape, local resources and the interests and skills of the farmers involved. She brings a broad range of experience, a non-dogmatic approach, and provides a range of choices and ideas for the farmers to consider.
