Inspections and Audits

Sarah has been an independent inspector and auditor since 1996. She is trained to do inspections and audits of organic (NOP, EU and JAS) and biodynamic farms and food processing facilities. She has experience and training with dairy, beef, sheep, goat, poultry as well as all types of crops, vineyards and orchards. She also has training and experience with audits of multiple ingredient food products, fermentation, distillation, meat fabrication and other food processing facilities. She is also trained to do animal welfare audits. She also teaches workshops on farm inspections, refer to the "Speaking" page on this website for a list of past and up coming workshops and trainings.
