BOOKS AND AUDIO CD'S: Sarah Flack wrote one of the first books on organic diary farming, which has recently been updated and republished. She has also co-authored two other books on organic dairy farming. There are also audio CDs of several of her presentations for sale. VIDEOS: Sarah Flack works with the EOrganic Extension project to produce "webinars" and to create short instructional vidoes on a variety of grazing and organic farming topics. Go to the video pages to watch some of these webinars and videos.
ARTICLES & NOTES: Sarah Flack regularly writes technical articles on the topics of organic and grass based farming systems. She also takes notes at many of the conferences and workshop she attends and makes these available on her website for farmers to read.
